Excellent Value for Money
We went as a group of four and stayed for three nights, i had emailed them requesting them to arrange for single beds, i never got a reply, i emailed them again, and still got no reply.
however when we arrived we found 4 single beds, 2 in each room. I was very pleased with the space, we had two bedrooms, one kitchen and one shower/toilet room where unfortunately the door did not lock.
cleaners would come every 2 - 3 days and clean up kitchen and sink areas, change towels, clean bathroom, replace toilet rolls and tidy up around the bedrooms and made beds. The hotel was excellent value for money and a cold buffet breakfast was provided, 2 types of bread slices, tea, coffee, cereal, cakes, orange cordial, milk, margarine, marlmalade and apples and more, but the ones listed suited our diet. outside It used to get cold at nights, but it was always nice and warm inside, heating was always on.
During our stay, a group of 9 visiting prague to celebrate 21st birthday played pranks on each other and made a mess within their rooms and on the 4th floor corridor using the fire extinguisher where at one point white powder/smoke residue filled the corrider making it impossible to see or walk through it. i felt that the night time receptionist did not act or take reasonable steps to handle the situation, but it was 5am when the incident had occured and at one point the corridor area was restircted, overall the staff at the hotel the receptionists were helpful, some were exceedingly more helpful than others and they all spoke english. considering the price, overall view on this hotel is excellent and good value for money and it met all our needs albeit no bathroom locks and the receptionist hadnt told us about the one hour time shift. Location is excellent!
