Pathetic Stay

First of all the owner calls up and conveys that he received only a single reservation where as i had booked for a double bed accomodation.

There was a mismatch - dont know how and then he refuses to reduce the price of the room - i still had to pay 84Eur for that small shady room - not very tidy and no air circulation -

The reception is helpful and very near to station - so apart fromt hat there is no good thing about his hotel - try avoiding it as there are better hotels available in that area and a small walk in gare du nord will prove it.
