Getting there / transfers
Detailed directions and map is emailed to you on booking. For SatNav use postcodes CF10 5NP or CF10 5NH. From M4, take Junction 33 to Penarth, Barry and Airport, following the A4232 to Cardiff Bay. After the Penarth turn-off (ASDA on left), take next exit (brown sign for 'Techniquest'). At top of exit ramp, take the first exit on the roundabout. After 20 yards turn left, opposite Techniquest. At the end of the road turn left onto a main road. Take the first right after the Police Station. If you go over the river, you have gone too far! The entrance to the Century Wharf development is on your left.
Hotel Policies
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Our office is not customer facing. Wherever possible a representative will meet you at the development. Check-in times are 12pm-8pm, Mon-Fri. If your arrival is outside these times, please let us know so we may make alternative arrangements. On receiving your booking, we shall contact you directly to confirm your details, check-in time and to take full payment. Once your check-in has been arranged, please inform us of any changes to your arrival time to avoid any delays.
Although we are able to provide additional occupancy* using a put-up bed with duvet, pillows, bedding and towels, we allow children up to the age of 12 to share with parents with no additional bedding supplied. Some apartments have a sofa bed in the lounge - if you require an apartment with sofa bed, please let us know. However, please note that we DO NOT allow any guests to sleep on sofas.
* A small charge is applied for use of this service – please contact our office for charges.
If a booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to check in date or less, or if you failed to arrive at your hotel, a cancellation fee equal to 1 (ONE) night's accommodation cost will apply per room booked.
