Built in early 1900 for a Mr F H Fox and his family, Inglewood is now a privatly owned hotel set in wonderful grounds. Close to Chester (15 minutes) and The Wirral with easy access to Liverpool and the Welsh Coast. This beautifully restored country house is set in thirty-six acres of Cheshire countryside offering all the facilities of a top class hotel. The building has been maintained as close as possible to its original design whilst still offering all modern facilities so as to welcome a bygone age which reflects a warmth of hospitality and friendliness that makes Inglewood an unrivalled choice for the most discerning guest. Inglewood boasts thirty elegantly furnished bedrooms, with en suite facilities, enjoying superb views across the extensive landscaped gardens. The grounds provide many sports and leisure facilities including tennis courts, a cricket pitch, football pitch, bowling green, croquet lawn and many routes for scenic jogging. Getting there / transfers
From M6 take J20 onto M56, then J15 onto M53, signposted Ellesmere Port & Birkenhead. At J5 of M53, take first turning left at roundabout then at second set of traffic lights turn right onto the A550* signposted North Wales & Queensferry. Continue for 1 mile then turn right into Badgers Rake Lane, signposted Burton. Inglewood is situated on the right after a short drive. (Location Little Sutton). From Liverpool take the Wallasey tunnel onto M53 exit at J5, take third exit at roundabout follow directions as above. By air: Inglewood is 35 minutes drive from Manchester & Speke (Liverpool) Airports. By rail from Chester or Liverpool, take the train to Hooton Station, Inglewood is 5 minutes by taxi. From Runcorn Station 25 minutes by taxi. Transport from and to airports/stations can be arranged through Inglewood by prior notice. Close to the hotel you will see brown signs saying Inglewood Conference Centre!
