Cap de Formentor

Known to the locals as the “meeting point of the winds”, the scenic buff of Cap de Formentor forms the eastern end of Mallorca's Formentor peninsula. The landscape is dramatic with sheer cliffs with pine trees sprouting out of the rocks and a lighthouse. To get there, you need to travel along an eight-mile narrow road winding along the cliffs above the sea. Cap de Formentor (which means "the devil's tail) offers some of the most spectacular views in the Mediterranean.
