Pepsi Max Big One

At the heart of Blackpool's Pleasure Beach amusement park is Pepsi Max Big One, a steel roller coaster standing 64.9 metres high. At its opening in 1994, it was touted as the world's tallest, fastest and steepest roller coaster. It has since lost that claim to fame to rivals in Japan and Germany but it's still the UK's tallest. Rides on this beast last 3 minutes and speeds get up to over 70 mph.
