With its air of Victorian elegance, Roath Park is deservedly Cardiff's most popular park. The park occupies and extensive 130 acres and contains a 30 acre lake which is popular for fishing and rowing. There's also a large playground, floral displays including wildflower garden, and a conservatory. It's a paradise for nature lovers with its habitats for such wildlife as mallard, cormorants and herons.
