Wembley Stadium is one of the most famous football stadiums throughout the world and the England national football team's home. Located on the site of the former Wembley, the site has seen the European Cup final hosted here five times, Live Aid was based here, the 1966 world cup final and the Olympics. Wembley Stadium is the tallest stadium in the world and has more covered seating capacity than any other. The arch weighs 1,750 tons, which is comparable to ten Jumbo Jets, spanning 315m it is an inspiring structure and is often lit up when there is a special celebration taking place. Right next door to the stadium is Wembley Arena, a large multi-use stadium popular for music concerts and conferences.
